We usually cater birthdays/parties from kneaders but wanted to support a local business this year and Sofie’s did NOT disappoint!!! We ordered their assortment of mini fruit tarts, brookies, pudding cups, mini tres leches, fruit cups, their mini pecan bundts and they were a HIT!!! Not only were they delicious but they were BEAUTIFUL!! 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend.. best broookies I’ve EVER HAD. We also ordered their delicious fruit tart for my dad’s birthday since he doesn’t like traditional cake on it was AMAZING! I love that they offer a graham cracker crust OR a regular fruit tart crust😍😍😍😍😮‍💨

Firstly, I am not a big sweets person. I often find sweets I've purchased in the past to be cloyingly sweet, underbaked, or not well constructed. I've tried Sofie Sweet Treats Strawberry and Chocolate Dulce De Leche mini cakes, and the mini fruit tarts. I finally feel like I've found a pastry chef who understands BALANCE in their flavors, sweetness levels, and acidity. I didn't feel overly sugared or weighed down after eating the them. Absolutely the best pastries I've had in a long time - and I'm pretty darn picky.
